Cancellation Policy

**Bookings Policy** At Empire Medical Aesthetics & Skin, we aim to provide a safe, professional and respectful experience for every client. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following booking terms. **1. Booking and deposits** Some treatments require a booking fee or deposit to secure your appointment. Where applicable, this will be clearly shown at the time of booking. Deposits are redeemable against the cost of your treatment unless otherwise stated. **2. Consultations and suitability** All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical suitability. A booking does not guarantee that treatment will be carried out on the day. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in your best interests, it may be declined, postponed, or cancelled. **3. Medical information** Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information, including medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, previous procedures, and relevant health conditions. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being cancelled or refused. **4. Cancellation and rescheduling** We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a booking is cancelled, rescheduled late, or missed, your deposit may not be refunded at the clinic’s discretion. A new booking deposit may be required to secure a future appointment. **5. Missed appointments and late arrival** If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit or booking fee may be forfeited. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may not be able to go ahead, as this can affect other bookings. In such cases, this may be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit may be lost. **6. Repeat no-shows** Clients with more than 3 missed appointments or no-shows may be blocked from booking online. Future appointments may require full payment at the time of booking. **7. Refunds** Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in exceptional circumstances. Once a treatment has been carried out, fees paid are non-refundable. Skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. **8. Consent** Valid consent must be obtained before treatment is carried out. Consent is specific to the procedure being performed and may be withdrawn at any time before treatment. Separate consent is required for each procedure.
