Returns Policy

1. Unopened Products:
  - Skincare products that are unopened and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  - To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  - A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Opened Products:
  - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that have been opened or used.
  - This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our skincare products for all customers.

Refunds

1. Refund Process
  - Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
